About
Hi, I’m Steven — or officially, Sunpech Steven Suwatanapongched. I’m a Thai-Chinese American photographer based in Chicago.
Photography is my passion and my creative outlet. For me, it’s a lifelong journey of learning, experimenting, and finding new ways to tell stories. Through my camera, I aim to capture moments, emotions, and the beauty of everyday life — whether that’s a bustling city street, a quiet landscape, or the joy of friends and family.
Beyond personal photography, I love documenting pop culture and fan communities. You’ll often find me at comic conventions photographing cosplayers, panels, and the vibrant energy of the event. My favorite conventions include San Diego Comic Con and Anime Expo, but I also make it a point to support and attend Chicago-area conventions each year.

I primarily shoot with a Sony A7IV.
